Jumble Palavra is a variation of the common game of Jumble or Word Scramble, targeted at the Portuguese vocabulary learner.
Jumble is a fun way of learning and reinforcing vocabulary.
It is especially useful for remembering the spelling of new words, and learning to recognize words in unfamiliar context.
Jumble Palavra is a tool for learning and practicing Portuguese vocabulary.
The game comes with a list of over 800 commonly used Portuguese words, and the ability to add new words, as well as group words by category.
The game play is highly configurable, with 3 difficulty settings, and optional hints including the corresponding English word, and type of word (lexical category) in English or Portuguese.
The words can be chosen from the entire vocabulary, or limited to a single category.
A pronunciation guide is also included, once the game is won or lost the word can be pronounced via text-to-speech, configurable to the specific dialects of Portugal and Brazil.
